I've seen a few debates bout this on some Reddit threads, and even on KVR. Some people swear that plugins add harmonic richness and subtle imperfections reminiscent of analog gear. It seems that every plugin manufacturer (e.g., Waves, Arturia) claims to be closing the gap. I have a Plugin Alliance subscription, and it appears that there are numerous options for "warmth". Do you have a go-to? Is it magic, or just compression, EQ, and fairy dust? Curious about your thoughts on the matter!

Hey folks — just wanted to open this up because I use SampleTank MAX more than I probably admit. 😂

For some reason, it doesn’t get mentioned as much as Kontakt or Omnisphere… but honestly, for bread-and-butter sounds, this thing is stacked.

I have several plugin suites, Absolute 4 by Steinberg, IK Multimedia Total Studio 3.5 Max, AIR Instruments Expansion Pack Complete 3,

Native Instruments Komplete 12. Seems like overkill right? If you could only keep one, which would it be and why?
